If you'd like to report domains in small quantities I suggest using SpamCop. If you have more than 20 domains to report daily, I can provide scripts to parse spamvertised domains from spam mail queues and add them. If you have your own way to parse them great, I can snag lists of spamvertised domains from non-public URL and insert them into the DB.

Essentially, if you want to contribute let me know and I'll figure out a way to get the data in a manner that works for both sides.
